We have stayed at this hotel several times and it never has disappointed us. This stay was no exception. The staff, from check in until departure, was extremely friendly. Our room was clean and provided everything we needed. Breakfast was very enjoyable. It included eggs, meat, waffles, etc each morning. There were even gluten free bagels and dairy free milk options. Ample parking is available. With Main Street St Charles right outside the door, this location is ideal for shopping in the area.

Everyone from our check in to our breakfast to the maid service was wonderful! We had a problem with our hot water and the issue was resolved almost immediately. It is walkable to Old Main St. and Ameristar Casino. Also, the rooms are large and comfortable.I definitely would recommend this place!

Great hotel. The king suite was nicely furnished. The pool area and fitness centers were nice. The hotel appearance fits in well with the surrounding area and doesn't scream, "I'm a commercial building" which I found pleasing. The parking underneath the hotel was nice. Good coffee and other typical Country Inn and Suites amenities.
