Mrs. Donatelli had a good one on her cake menu but i haven't ordered a cake from her since April. If she doesn't she might be able to make one. I will say that authentic is relative to where you grew up. I grew up with mostly Sicilians in New Orleans so that's what I'm familiar with. Other regions/styles vary a lil.
