Is this coffee place like Starbuck's, where you can get your drink and/or food and sit comfortably and read? I love going out to places where I can get iced coffee and comfort food, sit in a comfortable chair, read and listen to my Walkman.

Yes. I think they don't have wifi on principle. There are no easy chairs but you can definitely stay a while.
