Used to enjoy coming here on the weekends. Had an extremely negative experience with the barista a few weeks back (slim, bald man). He is aggressive and hostile and should not be working behind the counter with customers. I have not been back since and will never go back there again. Seems like I am not the only one with this experience.

There’s clearly an issue with this store’s nitro draft oat milk latte machine pushing out too much nitro. I was given two 16 ounce lattes that felt like they weighed 3 oz. each. I waited for the foam to settle and they came out to less than half a cup. I took them back and explained the issue. The barista (white, skinny, with a shaved head, male) was hostile and rude. He re-poured them in the same fashion and threw away my original drinks and threw the lids at me. He accused me of having drank the first ones before bringing them back, and told me I didn’t understand how nitro works. He purposely threw out the original drinks in a fit of anger when they should have been combined to make one whole cup. He clearly doesn’t know how nitro works and I will not be returning. $12 for what amounted to be half pours.

Front tall slim man rude to customer and staff. Lame. Dude at least be nice to your coworkers . Drink was good. Not interested in going back.

Good coffee, but the jerk who worked there (thin, black hat, all black clothes) was extremely rude, 0 eye contact… when we asked if the had a dark roast he ignored us. I thought about giving a tip cause I normally do I’m glad I didn’t. Cause he tossed the lids at us. I said thank you twice to him and still got no response. When He walked away I said very loud “he’s very rude”! We went in on 1/19/22 at 8:15 am. I know plenty of people looking for a job. You guys should definitely fire him he is making the atmosphere very negative.
