Had a bad experience in the parking lot with a female customer Park so close other than that it's a good store but they should extend the parking lot because it's very inconvenient and overcrowded

Staff is super friendly! First visit I wasnt given cold foam when I ordered in on the mobile app, so there wasn’t any communication error, just a simple mistake I assume? I gave them a second chance since they are so close to my house... ordered a bagel with cream cheese, was given a toasted bagel, a knife, and no cream cheese. I was already on the highway to the airport so I couldn’t turn around and it was very frustrating for such a simple order. Not sure if this is a training store for Starbucks, but they need to do better.

it takes forever to get done talking to people before taking orders from the next people. The employee who was at the cashier she was not paying attention there’s a lot of people waiting for taking orders I was there for like 10 minutes when she chatted with another people. At not taking my order. I don’t know her name and she Don’t have name tag . It’s the worst Starbucks ever I’ve been at. There is a lot of fly on the sweet stuff that I was going to buy but it looks disgusting . I need to respond to what happened soon please
