Asked for light ice in my iced coffee and this was what I was given. Upon them handing me the drink, I asked if it was light ice and they said yes. Also the double chocolate donut was truly the worst donut I’ve had.

Service was very slow. Manager micromanage her workers. She does not manage her lines to make ordering faster. Very distracted

I was completely ignored when I walked in at 5:20 am. I then asked if this woman was going to take my order and she just rattled off a very dismissive statement. I stood there for ten minutes with no one else in the store and finally left. I will never return. Rude, dismissive, nasty worker.

This place is extremely rude. I would give -5 stars if I could but the lowest I can do is 1. I went today to order a iced cappuccino, a few donuts, and two wake up wraps and am SCARED FOR MY LIFE. I was drinking my drink and came across chunks which I thought was suspicious and pulled one out of my mouth to find out that it was MUCOUS! I AM DISGUSTED. Now I’m scared of the other things I bought and already ate and tried calling them but to no avail. They do not answer their phones even when I can see that there are no customers in the store. Please do not spend your money at this location. We are in the middle of a pandemic and they are spitting in peoples drinks or blowing their noses near the drinks.... I don’t think I can ever drink an iced coffee the same again after this experience!
