Moderation is the key, they are donuts not salad. Enjoy anytime especially birthdays, special parties etc. They are great when you share with others
Compared to other donuts or fast food ... probably. But like Judon stated ... they ARE SOOO good.
The original glazed has 11g/17% of fat and 5g/25% of trans fat. As the others have stated, enjoy but don't overindulge.

They are fried, but you could control your portion to keep your fat intake low.
Google says 11g of fat. They're fried donuts with sugar on them so I'd probably not eat them if I was worried about fat! :)
