What a pleasant surprise! Really excellent hotel -- clean, good furnitures, good location, really excellent service and courteous, friendly, happy people, all beyond other comparable grade Marriott hotels. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent location , Close proximity to PATH station and marketplace, restaurants,waterfront . Parking is amiss and hope they add in future . Room was clean, Apt and more than functional with kitchen which helps ..

Good hotel just a few years old. Path subway is right next to hotel. This will take you directly to world trade center or directly uptown to 33rd street. So it is convenient to visit nyc. Rooms have a kitchen with dishwasher. Safer feeling than some nyc hotels. Free breakfast.

Next door in a covered parking lot, Not part of the Marriott, but reasonably priced for the area.
