This hotel has Studio King and Studio King and Sofa bed, so Studio King should not have Sofa bed but its description still says it can fit 4 people, anyone knows why?

Yes it can fit people. My mom ,sister , niece and I stayed .I had the sofa bed

Yeah I stayed in Aug 2017 studio king ,it had sofa and we were 3

I believe they do have studio King with sofa bed. It is little tight but you can definitely fit 4 people there.
