Don't know for sure, they would had posted listing hours if other wise. I'm thinking ,if you get there early morning. You might get a chance to see the making of their doughnuts.
The Jersey City location has the oven and glazer are behind the glass as soon as you walk through the front door. I grew up on Krispy Kreme in North Carolina. Never known of tours. Just go when the "Hot Now" sign is on.
You can just go the process it open to the public as long as the red light e.g the hot light is on you will see the action right before your eyes.
I've never done it before but ive heard this to be true.
