We wear mask, tables are 6 feet apart, we sanitize menus, tables, high contact areas between guest and yes my servers occasionally take their mask off but not around guest they have to have a break and we temperature check daily.
The staff is wearing masks and they clean tables between customers, but it's such a small place that in cold weather it fills up quickly
They appear to be attempting to do what is required, but staff openly take masks off if customers are not very close. Saw servers walking out of the kitchen putting their masks back on on the way into the dining room, and 3 hosts were sitting at a high top in the front area, and all of them put them back on as we walked past them on our way out. I hope the people preparing our food were wearing masks.
