Wonderful hotel & experience!! I stay at many hotels, & often do not 'notice' them one way or another, but this hotel got it all RIGHT! (This coming from someone who normally stays at 4 or 5 star hotels.) The staff is super friendly, there was always tea and coffee set out, cookies in the afternoon, included breakfast that was very nice, the rooms had fridge and microwave, and sound machine for sleep, comfortable beds and pillows of various types, neutrogena products, items available for purchase, included wifi and parking and a wonderful location. I loved it and could not have been more impressed.

The only issue for me... They have air Recycling in the rooms automatically. All day & night long. But for those who like quiet when they're sleeping, you won't be able to. They did give me ear plugs, they did not work for me. So I've had 5 sleepless nights here. They should give us the option to turn it off or on. My Opinion. Overall the rooms are nice and the staff is very helpful. 😊

I asked for a quiet room; they put me next to the ice machine, with a highway onramp right outside the window. There were far, far quieter rooms in the hotel, in fact the one they gave me was probably the LEAST quiet. It was like they were making a joke of it. Then they emailed me a receipt, which I did not review immediately; I won't make that mistake again! They charged me for 2 nights and I only spent 1 night there.

SUPER CLEAN hotel with friendly helpful staff! The rooms were tastefully decorated, well appointed with all the necessary comforts and then some. Bathroom was newly decorated with a fabulous shower. I saw the detail they took in turning over the room next to ours. Serious clean! We grabbed a drink and food in the lobby/bar when we arrived. Very convenient and typically priced. Complimentary breakfast was the best variety we've ever seen at a hotel. Lots of fresh options. If all Hamptons are like this, this is our new hotel of choice.
