No they do not cash hand written personal or business checks
Well that depends what do you mean by handwritten? Is your name, address and phone number printed on the checks or is that what you mean by hand written? If that's the case I doubt that they would cash it. Why not just write a check and deposit it in your bank and get cash for it?
