how can i reach the owner of sleep inn, stay there 2 nights and had issue that staff pass on to supervisor, she never respond and i ask to email my receipt , no no receipt as of today . what is wrong with ur super or manager

Never assume staff will communicate with upper management. Your report was hushed the moment you stepped of the premisses. Next time get the managers contact info while you are there and contact them correctly before the dat is out.
