THEY DO NOT HAVE A POOL!! We booked this hotel specifically because it said online that it had a pool. We checked-in and they tell us the pool is closed indefinitely for renovation. The staff seemed overwhelmed and acted like they had better places to be. No one took the extra steps to do anything. If you need a place to sleep, this will work, but if you want amenities and good service, go else where.

False advertising and marketing on all platforms Photos are not the actual photos of that location. This location in our community is making our area bad. management is poor with quality of service and training for the staff that's currently employed. The Homeless have access to the hotel due to poor management. I truly understand that because this hotel location is near the FedEx fields it make since to book. But be warned this is not a safe location for family's that's visiting the area or even passing through. This hotel in our community is most common for adultery on all levels Room standards poor. Bathroom standards poor. Check in standards poor. Safety and security standards poor. We have more new location in the area to choose.

Asked for money in front of hotel multiple times. Very nice front desk, but slow check in and room wasn’t ready upon arrival after check in time. Card stopped opening room door each night of stay. Nice rooms, walking distance to metro rail. Looks like it used to be really nice.

The hotel was in a decent location and was convenient. When we arrived the front desk clerk wasn’t friendly, and appeared disinterested in helping guests. The elevator appeared old, scratched and in need of deep cleaning. In front of our door to the room there were stains all over the carpet.
