Probably the worst McDonald's I have been to. If you come here just go through the drive thru because it seems like that is the only thing they tend to. If you're a dine-in customer expect minimal and unfriendly service. Playground is closed. Tried to use the kiosk since I have 3 indecisive kids but it didn't work. The guy that finally came to the cash register asked if we were gonna order, no smile, no friendliness whatsoever. After ordering I came back and waited at the front counter for my drink cups, no one even acknowledged me. The guy at the register was also handling food and not wearing his mask. No gloves, no washing hands between touching money and touching food. Unsanitary and unfriendly. Won't be back.

Other than the drive thru service being quick this location is rude and disrespect employees. That say on the phone that the playground is open. Then when you get there it isn't open and they haven't cleaned it in two years nasty. Do not visit this location it's filthy.

I have had some different experiences at this McDonald's in particular. I have read some of the bad reviews and I have experienced NONE of those things as of yet! However, their soda machine konks out every now and again...but somebody's grandmother must've been making that sweet tea when machine was out...because this location makes the sweet tea just how I like it!! Anyhoo, my food is always correct and my fries are always hot...and they're fast...I go here often because I work around the corner from there...so far, so good!

This McDonald's needs serious order improvement. The past four times I've been through the drive-thru, I've had to pull up and wait for part of my order. When they finally bring me the rest, it's not complete (like only receiving 3 burgers out of 5 burger meals). Then I have to go in. Now, my food in the car is getting cold. Tonight, after the previous scenario, I got home and my burger was raw! I couldn't believe it. Now I have to go back. Get another burger, which they made sure was completely cooked, because it was bone dry with cold cheese. They are not consistent and it is really annoying. I'm tired of wasting my time and money on this location. I would like to add that I've never received any bad attitude from their staff.
