He really cares about your success and pushes you while caring about how you feel during your work out. Gym is also nice. Not usually crowded so you don't feel bombarded all the time.

Owner is friendly without being intrusive. Checks in with members during office hours and keeps the place neat and clean. I like the atmosphere they've created, making it less intimidating for those of us who were nervous about joining a gym. They let you know trainers are available and how to connect with them. Overall I'd give it and excellent

No aerobics offered, but there are boot camps, personal trainers, free exercise program suggestions, and a really great staff.
He & his mother are still the owners, although he trains off-site these days.
