Classic Roofing Construction did a great job with my roof. They tried to help with my insurance company who was dragging their feet. Once my house insurance finally agreed there was damaged to my roof, Classic got the ball rolling. All supplies were delivered on time, roofers were there the next morning and got the roof done that day. We appreciate them checking twice to make sure all nails were not left in the grass, but they did not check the cutters. Several days after the roof was done, we had a bad storm with a lot of rain. The rain washed out a lot of roofing nails. We were away. When we came home, I drove the car into the garage and got nails in our tire! We had to replace the tire which was something unexpected to have to do. I did take pictures and sent them to the person who was working with us. Another issue I have is that I did do a referral with being told with a referral and they get their roof done, I would get a $250 Amazon gift card. What I wasn't told is that I have to wait till all the referrals insurance payments have been made. I don't think it is reasonable in saying if I give a referral(s) I would get a gift card, then be expected to wait 6 - 8 months after the referral's roof is done. Our neighbor had their roof done for a couple of months now, and I have to wait until the final payment from their insurance company. This waiting for the gift card is the only disappointment I have with Classic Roofing.

Rotten wood: If you notice more than just a few rotten wood around your rooftop such as rotted where tar rubber meet each other (at nails), it's time to get out tools or call someone to make some repairs or replacements.
