Hi Calin, we use Hemisphere Coffee Roasters out of Mechanicsburg Ohio. They are a direct-trade roaster working with farmers around the world. Great price for the farmer, great bean for us. :)

are you ever going to open up passed noon?......I drive by all the time in the morning and have often thought of stopping by on the way home for an afternoon doppio....but your never open....
