I originally rented a unit for a fair price. Then one month my bill went up over 100%. It was explained to me that it was a price adjustment. That it was happening to everybody. The next month when I paid that I noticed a button on the app to give me an option to rent another unit. So I checked. The same unit that I was renting that had just gone up over 100% was available for the original price that I rented it. So I inquired. They said I could move out of what I had and get another unit and pay all the administrative fees and insurance and etc etc and within 6 months that price would go up to what I currently have. So they don't reward loyalty they reward people that are transient that only come and go. What kind of management is this? I don't recommend this place. The staff you speed good and the place was maintained. Now the staff is allowing the place to run down. I just received a response to my posting above. And they asked in their response for more information. For me to contact them. But they don't give me a name or number to contact?? So I think this is just public talk. For public image. Somebody that's serious would give me a name and a number. By my name they can pull their records and get my email address.

That is the worst place I've ever been that is a storage they literally let people and animals live in the storage trust me it's terrible don't go
