I had paid for a two night stay for a friend. The manager 19 year old son made a mistake and my friend in a double room instead of a single room. The manager comes in an see my friend in the wrong room and put him out. He son told her he didn't remember. Instead of checking my friend story out they just put them out. All we got was an apology. No discount or anything. I was very upset because his receipt showed he paid for two nights. I will never go to this location in Upper Marlboro again. I was very 😡. They broke some others rules too. We ask the son if it was going to be a problem he said no.

Staff was very rude. Would not replace room key. Room and bedding was dirty. Check out is at 10:30. The staff are dirty and have no communication skills or professionalism. The local police officers don't even like them. Will never spend money there again. In no way shape or form was this stay a convenient or cozy one. And the place is swarmed with drug addicts.

Old fashion, neat, found dead bug in the bed. So just shake your covers out . Or get a new set. Check the bed for bed bugs or dirty covers. Overall comfy beds, friendly assistance.
