I did a vacation hold as I wasn't going to be home on the scheduled delivery date, and it needed to be signed for. My PlayStation 5 package was held at this location according to my tracking number. A whole business shipping day passed and my tracking # never updated, so I called this location and the rep confirmed it was there, they just had to have someone in the warehouse bring it to the front and they'd call me back to let me know when I can pick it up. 2 whole business days passed, and each day I kept calling back to ask the reps when it's ready to be picked up. They then told me to reach out to the shipper as they claimed it be "lost". Welp, looks like a warehouse worker came up on a PS5 for free. In my perspective, it was definitely stolen by someone that knows the in's & out's and the blind spots of this warehouse. Especially if you can see the 'ship from' on the label, you can already tell what's inside. Based on other public Google reviews I've seen here, I wouldn't be surprised if this kind of employee behavior was happening at this warehouse. No disrespect though to the agents I spoke with over the phone as they were polite and patient with me. I ended up getting a refund from the shipper as it was clear my tracking # never updated to 'Delivered'. To the FedEx company, please have some better employee management at this location or start an investigation. It's obvious that there's some shady stuff going on here when people aren't getting their packages and having to come here to review their experience.

The woman who answered the phone here is wonderfully helpful! She was able to help me hold my package here for pick up, after multiple failed deliveries. Did not catch her name, but she deserves a raise for excellent customer service and professionalism!

WORST WORST WORST experience in my whole life!!! I thought holding my package for more than a week is already the worst thing FedEx is an expert on, it's not!! I bought a mattress online, this hub had it, and not surprising at all, it sits there for more than a week and then, "LOST"! The mattress company was nice enough to send me a new one and this time it magically got delivered! Only late for 1 day omg!!! The mattress company also asked FedEx to send the 1st mattress back to shipper if it is magically found, and YES! It was magically found! Right after I got the replacement mattress! AND! FedEx, the GREATEST company in the world, even after agreeing to return it back to shipper, still delivered it to me! And to the wrong building of my apartment! And now I have to deal with sending it back! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. How is this company still in business? The 9th Wonder of the World.

Yes some packages required signature and customer to be present when delivering. You can, sometime, change these requirements before delivery using the tracking number or by calling FedEx

The main entrance to the facility is right off Central. The employee entrance is around back on Cabot Ct.

Entrance for all customer pick ups is on central. You must go to the call box and let them know why you are there and they will buzz you in.

My shipment was sent in February and I still do not have a delivery date from FEDEX Newark? I cannot reach a person only an automated recording. Extremely, frustrating. It Is already May!!.

Best option is to drop off at FedEx kinkos that way you can get a receipt.
