I would have given this place more stars but considering the situation, they left a very bad taste in my mouth. My hubby is a truck driver and we were in the area to drop a load off and decided to get a room for the night. We went and got some food before his driving time ran out only to get back to the room and be disappointed. We ordered the 5 piece chicken combo and American burger (no mayo or grilled mushrooms) combo. Once back in the room my hubby unwrapped his burger and it had a fried egg on it. We called the place back and they asked us to come back so it can be remade BUT anyone who knows about trucking and HOS (hours of service) know there is NO moving the truck once your time is up. We explained this is NOT an option nor can we return to the restaurant the next day since they open at 11am and we have a load to drop AND pick up. I asked what can be done about refund and they once again told us we needed to come back in. I have worked with a credit card machine before and I know that you can go back in the system to find a transaction using the last 4 digits of the card AND the transaction can be canceled. They proceed to tell me they only do cash refunds and there is NO manager on duty and she won't be in until 11:30 tomorrow. No effort or accommodations were made to correct the problem and our situation. Money was spent on food that could not be eaten......toppings were missing and what was on there was very very minimal. Thank you for nothing.

Everyone was very nice and even though they were busy they had my order ready on time that I called in and it was very good.
