As rest areas go this is not that. More like a mini mall with food and souvenirs. Clean and well taken care of. Be aware 95% of all rest areas we stopped at the vending areas were lucked up. So I couldn't get even a vending machine coffee when I needed one.

Yes there's plenty of parking lot trucks, and passenger vehicles.
