I don’t even like to joke about someone’s employment, but the team here truly is an example why automated services are becoming to popular. As customers no one wants to deal with employees with bad attitudes and have to feel like I need to give them customer service just to get through simple problem resolutions. They continue to say the phones don’t work which reflects poorly on the owner, but the staff they hired speaks volumes alone.

Pizza sauce was not mild it was hot. That pizza medium was for a 6 and 7 yr old. I added for regular sauce. Also my sister called me and ask me to cancel the small pizza and get the medium, I was yelled at by the manager as told I had to pay fir the small also. What could I do.

Worst Domino's I've ever been too! Repeatedly horrible service! I was rudely put out of the store and order canceled for asking why the app said my pizza would be ready in 30 mins, and when I arrived 20 mins later the board listed it as not being ready for 47 additional minutes! Clearly the management doesn't care or else they would've fixed the bad customer service by now! Will never order there again. The one 2 miles down the road on Central Ave treats customers the right way! I put in a complaint to Corporate, but don't expect that to fix much either!

Worse service EVER. Driver, Name listed as Fnu, arrived late (15 minutes after we received text saying the food was already delivered) with smushed, half opened boxes. Food was not hot or fresh. Then sat in my driveway for another 10 min - if there was a delivery after mine, that was late and cold too.
