If you go to Jim's pawn and jewelry they will do it while you wait and it's not that expensive.that's where I go for all my jewelry repair and I had that done with my wife's set,as long as there still in business in Granite City are probably pawn and jewelry.I trust Jim's but anywhere if they can't do that while you wait tell them you will come back don't leave any place with your jewelry I've heard of fake stones being switched not at Jim's but I would not trust anyone but Jesus now days.good luck God Bless
Always call the store for stuff like this depending on the severity of the issue and how long it takes depends on how long it takes to fix and how many orders they have in front of your order. It is a lot easier to call the store first like we did in the years before the internet just to get the correct info you are looking for we here do not have all the answers and wouldn't want to pass on any false info and give false hopes. Thank you for your question there never is a wrong question!!!!!!!
It usually is a flat rate and the store would have more information on pricing, but when it is sent of and to when you get it back may takes up to two weeks due to mass orders that have to be worked on individually.
I would call the store I'm sure they have to be sent off that's usually a week or two but to make sure I would call the store
