They have tables blocked off to keep groups farther away. You must wear a mask & wash your hands before painting. You also bring the paint bottles to your table and keep them until you're done. The employees clean all paint bottles before they are returned to the 'stock'.

Do they carry large roosters that they can paint and sell?

No, the items are already made. You paint them, the store fires them, and they are ready to pick up about a week later.
