Yes there is a handicap entrance. It is listed on the website. It is not listed as such but they are very accommodating!

I'm type 1 and just went through a regular gate with my insulin and such with no problems

Basee on my observations there is not a special entrance for you. However, you should be able to get through normal entrances and just explain to them your situation.
