Although Walgreens staff is very nice and helpful, today I had the worst experience trying to drop a Walmart return via their FedEx service. The man said he couldn’t print the badge and I had to do it myself at home. When trying to ask what other Fedex location is in the neighborhood he started to shout at me repeatedly that they don’t have a printer and the only thing he could do for me would be trying to print if I email the store. When I finally made him to stop and hear my question (is there another Fedex nearby) he said I should go to a location in River North or up to Northwestern. I finally wrote down the store email address and left, but as soon as I get back home I decided I will NOT use this store anymore... or at least for a while... I felt really harassed and disrespected.
