I came in because it is closest to my job besides Dunkin. I haven’t had KFC in almost 2 years because of a bad experience. I ordered the Regular Chicken Sandwich and Fries. The manager Maria made sure to greet me when I walked in. She made sure to verify my order and my difficulties. I asked for honey mustard and extra pickles after I paid (idk if that’s an extra charge) Maria didn’t hesitate to oblige. I used to work in food service. So I throughly appreciated Maria being self aware and making sure to wash her hands after touching money even though she was going to ware gloves anyways. The store was very clean. It got busy and Maria wasn’t affected. Taking orders, tendering cash, working fliers, making orders and handing all orders out. She made it seem effortless. Like some sort of dance. Impressive. Now for the food. Most of us might have Popeyes chicken sandwich in our heads when we think of them. I can genuinely say that it is better than Popeyes and here why… Same quality for half of the time. Popeyes always take far too long even if there is only one customer. The fries were so damn good. This experience changed my mind I’ve gone from avoiding KFC to planning on eating here tomorrow!

Ordered the 12 piece original recipe. Good customer service. Recipe is slightly better than average. I've gotten the same overall quantity of items at a lower cost from competitors. I give the franchise a "6 out of 10"overall..

Incompetence is one thing but the open contempt and insistence on being obstinate for no discernible reason is really hard to take. Objectively speaking the service was slow to the point of parody. There were only 2 employees one of whom was conspicuously absent during lunch rush. When she did turn up she seemed really put upon to actually do her job and again so very very deliberately slow. The last straw was not being able to order unless I gave the menu number of my order as if having to memorize what went into a 5 piece tender big box was an inconvenience that could not be justified. A lot of people work jobs that are less than totally fulfilling but that issue should be taken up with their high school guidance counselor not an ever increasing line of people trying to give you their money.

My family and I love the Nashville chicken dish! I won't be back for awhile sense I started making it at home. I even made homemade biscuits. 11/18/20 Thanks KFC for the inspiration.
