I live in the area is this is by far the worst chipotle I ever been to. Deserves 0 stars to be honest. I’ll start with saying there’s no signs that say “card only”. As a industry bartender we usually carry cash. Unfortunately they didn’t say or warn they were taking card only so the food that was made was thrown away. I had $12.50 on the card and the total was $13.75. I told them I can give $2 cash but didn’t have it all in card. The cashier was super rude and disrespectful. On top of that the portion on the meat…..I legit had like 5 pieces of steak but I was like whatever at that point. My partner goes there often and she said they only been taking card for about two months…if you can’t trust money with employees then maybe look for different ones. I WOULD GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE IN THE PLAZA INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH THESE RUDE EMPLOYEES.

Sad to see chipotle employees don’t know how to make a burrito. This is what I received after ordering a burrito online. I usually make my own burritos but had a taste for chipotle. Paid $20 for my order and it’s smaller than my hand this shouldn’t be allowed.

Saw the 2 star reviews on yelp but was in a hurry today and decided to take a chance. Good portions bland taste. Few hrs later I’m stuck in the bathroom with diarrhea. Choose anything else besides here! (Btw it’s the only thing I ate today so I know my sickness came from here)

Brought 2 Burritos just rice and chicken for 16$, cashier said she could charge it less, but i already scanned my card through, so she had me scanned the card 2 other times for two other prices which was suppose to refund my card, it didn't. Spent 37$ on that, worth it? ehhh... Just don't make the same mistake as me and swipe your card again if cashier tell's you too when you already paid.Sorry to hear about your experience, Yovani. Good Social distancing. No cash. No dine in eating. Masks atv all times for employees and customers. I've eaten there a bunch since covid and im comfortable with this location.
During covid utensils are not available for customers to get from the utensils table/nook. You have to ask if they're not already included in your bag.
