Probably one of the worst McDonalds in the city. 15 min wait in the drive thru just to order. Then another 10 to get the food. Ordered on DoorDash they didn’t give the driver the correct order. Called to ask for my order got hanged up by the manager because he was too busy. Overall horrible customer service, just completely avoid it if you can.

I've seen quite a few McDonald's, especially in the city, to know that it's hard to keep up with things as it gets late at night. This lobby is still clean and service still prompt at 9 pm on a Thursday. Credit where it's due; thanks for keeping it tight Clark Street McDonald's.

I mean I guess the pandemic hit every place hard, but this state is literally falling apart while the employees do their best to keep it afloat. No ice, the drink machines are busted underneath and leaking black ooze all over the floor. The food wasn't great this time either, a real let down I had such a craving for their fries and nuggets but the fries were gross and soggy and the nuggets were cold. The employees were upbeat and nice, but the restaurant itself has seen better days.
