McCafe Beverage not prepared as requested. Carmel Macchiatos take like a cup of warm milk. Not sweet, no espresso or coffee taste, no caramel taste, barely warm. Very dissapointed!! Both the Food and the drink was lukewarm! They were both cold by the time I'd driven a few blocks. Get it together McDonald's!!!

Today's experience was bad Not good for the Birthday Boy! My deluxe chicken sandwiches were made So bad 🤦♂️. At first a thought it was just that one, after a finished it a went for round 2 it was just as bad. No Nepkins🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️. This was my 5⭐ all day long place. The last two times has been bad last time before this I got a coffee and had to wait more than 15 minutes for it. This had been all curved pick-ups.

I ordered the Daily Double. I'm glad they still make that sandwich. It tasted pretty good at this location on Cicero. At the time of day I went, the service was very fast!

They're constantly losing people I'm always see new faces when I go there in the morning. I got there at least twice a week.
