Store used to be clean and now it is filthy dirty. Staff is rude and does not care. All trash containers are stuffed full and no one empties them. They staff does not care and treats the customer like dirt. Off my list now.

It's our favorite White Castle in the area. The manager, she's excellent the pop machine needed more of the syrup and she came right out and put it in for us. She's very friendly and helpful and we love going to White Castle!

Update: Too bad it didn't last :( So, as always seems to happen the quality started to go down. They started missing ingredients like onions or the buns would be kinda soggy. And then they did it. They gave us meat patties. The sliders were in regular boxes, there was no wait at all, and the smell was clearly meat. We both took one hesitant bite and yup. It was meat. Which, fine, mistakes happen...but then they denied it and refused to give us a refund or fix it. Unbelievable. We'll never go back and we won't trust any white castle again. Honestly this is why we so rarely eat at non-vegan places. They always mess up and give us meat or dairy at some point. So frustrating. Original: Been here a few times to get their vegan impossible sliders. We LOVE them! So glad white castle has this option. They take longer to make them, because they make them fresh when you ask for them...which I love and it's why I'm giving this 5 stars. No old, cold sliders when you get the vegan ones! Now...I just wish they had vegan cheese too, like they currently have in the NJ locations. Then, it'd be perfect!

Waited a for over 45 minutes after placing a mobile order 30 minutes in advance and still had onions on our food even tho we put in several places there was a food allergy. After calling and speaking to a rude manager she said they were working on a catering order and were busy so they couldn’t clean the grill properly. That’s honestly not my problem. That should have been stated online while placing the order that there might be a slight delay, or someone should have said something when we first arrived instead of making us wait and still giving us inedible food. Poor standards , poor service, and poor communication.

I used the drive thru and the restaurant had the doors locked so drive thru was the only option last time I was there.
