Yes, I was up there last weekend in my Scion xB and the road was well maintained, so I'd expect that you should be fine.
Road is paved from the main highway. Note there are times rock slides will have an impact on travel. Sharp rocks on the road should be avoided as flats are common due to this. The dirt road running thru the campground is uneven, not maintained and has areas a low profile vehicle could have issues with so access with caution.
