The typical national park restrooms. Concrete buildings, pump out, no running water. But they are kept clean.
Modern, private, clean (in my experience) pit toilets. Well-ventilated. Didn't run out of toilet paper over the weekend I was there, in which most or all sites were full. (But still, always bring TP!)
They just replaced the 50+ year old all wood pit toilets which you can still see one at the old closed ski lodge about 1/2 mile before Alto. The new cement restroom (2) of them are what are replacing the older wood models One is next to the group camp site at the end if the camp ground road. The other to the right of site 7 just past it. The restrooms are usually clean but the locks don't work so take notice.
