I can't get anyone to answer ether...very frustrating. I wanted to open an account with them but going somewhere else where I can get customer service.

The answer is you're SOL! They no longer allow you to call a branch and the 800# has you hang on hold FOR-EVER! WORST ... CUSTOMER SERVICE ... EV-ER!!!
