Nice location and friendly Elks members, but they have a guy living on the property that handles the RV lot. I arrived and had to park on the dirt side on the street in dry camping because they had a lot of non members in full hookup sites. There was a non member parked in a full hookup site not use the water and electric (lol) paying dry camping rates. He is also there for 6 weeks and a NON member. SMH.

Great place, but it's only open on Friday. The RV park is very nice, just be sure to bring your leveling blocks. The lots are sloped a lot. There are two 30 amp spots and about six 20 amp spots.

Sugar Magnolia

Many wonderful people in town gather here. As a bonus they are an organization that raises money for the community and scholarships. Great views. Fun events, weekly dinners and Bingo!
