Thankfully, Marriott is back to providing maid service daily. This is one of the nicer Courtyards I have stayed in. Beautiful lobby, pool and hot tub. Food in the lounge is really good. Two parking spots are designated for electric cars with 2 chargers. Also the viewing deck provides a great view of Sedona. Skywalker trail is located right behind the hotel. I also appreciated that there is a laundry room. What could Marriott improve? Paying $18 per day to park rubs people the wrong way unless the hotel is located in a downtown location. They would be better off to just raise the nightly rate $18 and offer free parking. The showers are made of cheap materials and are like something you would see in a mobile home. No free coffee in the lobby in the mornings. The viewing deck is under utilized as there is no food or drink service. Overall, I really liked this Courtyard and would stay here again.

Great rooms, service, and design. The views from this hotel is amazing but if you are going hiking on your trip they won’t be anything t compared to the views you are going to get. The hotel is not intended to be luxury but is nothing close to feeling like a cheap motel, if you plan to be out of the rooms for most of the day then this is a perfect hotel.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Nice amenities, including a restaurant and bar that saved our hunger with a packed town of Sedona where almost every restaurant was booked. Clean rooms and got upgraded to a Mountain View, however room was somewhat small. Good for the weekend we were there. Friendly staff. Unable to give late check out even as a titanium elite member.

The rating should be lower but based off of the cleanliness of the room the score is higher than earned. Upon arriving we did not feel welcomed at the property. The front desk agent took a phone call while we were in front her and, from what we surmised, was unhappy at the end of it as her tone became rude and and uninviting. Hours later this continued to disturb us because we know how we should have been greeted when staying at a Marriott property. We asked to speak with the Manager and Rita (the Front Desk Manager) came over to speak with us. (On a side note, we continued to witness the Agent with the Hawaiian flowers in her hair graciously welcoming the Guests she checked in and made conversations with them. We knew nothing about the property nor the area however we noted how the other Agent warmly welcomed her Guests and gave them a full description of what to expect from their stay.) We quietly explained to Rita our discomfort and lack of knowledge of the features of our stay. In an abrasive and condescending tone she attempted to make excuses and justify our reception. My husband was calm to this point but took exception with the level of her degrading tone and bluntly confirmed his past working relationship with the Marriott brand and complete disbelief of this continuing lack of customer service. With hands in her pocket Rita looked around, gave a politically correct "I'm sorry" and a couple drink vouchers. As Elite Platinum Members, and Guests in general, we expected more. We have never experienced this from Marriott and will be reaching out to higher management to address properly.

Yes, but we learned the guest services says it makes the last run @ 8pm, while other guests we've met said concierge said it will run 24 hrs thru them?
The hotel is not a pet friendly hotel at this time.
Oh yeah, they have everything you'll need for an extended stay
No they are not. Only registered service animals. My wife works there
Plenty of free parking, there is also public football field right across for more free parking. Parking also has electric plugins.
Depends on your Marriott rewards status and what type of booking. If you book through a 3rd party you aren't eligible for points.
Not really. But there are a few good restaurants within 3-4 miles. There's a good breakfast place (Coffee Pot Restaurant) nearby and a Steak House (Steakhouse 89) where the food was good but service was a little challenged. Sedona is magical enjoy your trip!
