Close enough to downtown Sedona for a quick drive without paying tourist prices. Beautiful rooms and property. Our dog wasn't a fan of the pebbles in the dog walking area but they do have dog poop bags available. Small pool, hot tub and gym available. Very friendly and helpful employees. Would come back.

First things first, I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay here at this Holiday Inn. My room was clean and had plenty of towels, toiletries, was quite spacious for 2 people. The front desk staff was very friendly and provided me with free razors and shaving cream upon request. They also had free breakfast and my only regret was not taking advantage of it sooner because they had everything from bagels, eggs, egg whites, fruits, yogurt, sausages, oatmeal packs, etc. Originally, I wasn't expect much from the breakfast but I was honestly surprised at how good the food was. Some people made comments about the hotel charging for parking. This is completely false. Upon checking in, the front desk associate provides you with a parking pass that you can display on your dashboard. Others mentioned about the AC unit making too much noise at night but this obviously depends on your noise level tolerance. Personally, I didn't have any trouble with the noise level and I consider myself a light sleeper. One thing I noticed was that they seemed to be short-staffed during my checkout, but I understand that these things can happen due to unforeseen circumstances so no big deal. Overall, book with confidence. This place is legit.

The room is basic but clean. This hotel is only 6 years old I think. The breakfast was pretty impressive with eggs, bacon, sausage, a pancake maker, fruits, bagels, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, juices. Coffee and tea are available all day long. There is a filtered water dispenser downstairs and laundry facilities that are $2.50 per load. The people at the front desk are very helpful especially Julie who works the afternoon shift. The downside is that the walls are really thin so bring a noise machine if you’re a light sleeper.

Very convenient location, close to restaurants and hikes. Excellent breakfast. Extremely clean and well maintained. Staff was cleaning and replenished breakfast items constantly. Front desk super friendly and helpful. We got checked in 1 hour early despite the hotel was fully booked!! We also got upgraded to king suit cause originally we had king room for 3 people. They made an extra notch to help and accommodate us! Pool is 85f and jacuzzi in s 105f. Very nice little gym. Plenty of restaurants within walk-in distance. Highly recommend
