Positive: Newly remodeled, tall ceilings, very clean, and NO CARPETING. Why on earth did anyone ever think carpet in a hotel room is a good idea? Negative: We got the increased accessibility room, which meant the shower was a bit harder to use, and it was right next to the main entrance. The room had some maintenance issues,and they "couldn't" put us in another room without increasing our rate. Bed was myeh.

Views and staff attitude. Unfortunately, attitude doesn`t fix the things that were wrong with our room. 1st, I found live bugs in room. (My husband did kill it) Was told by the front desk, that`s the way it is this time of year. Someone did come and spray. 2nd, there was ice cream left in the small freezer from a previous guest. I threw the ice cream away but part of the wrapper was stuck on the ice. 3rd, The mirror on the bathroom door was wiped with a dirty rag and it was obvious. And last, the coffee was not restocked from the previous guest stay. I was told the maid service would correct the issues but the only things fixed were the restocking of the coffee and the counter was cleaned. I am a travel agent and will not recommend this property to my clients since management doesn't seem to care about making things right. For the money, this is not what I would classify as a top notch hotel. I spoke with the front desk employee so I wouldn't be one of those people that complains but won't say anything. Apparently it didn't make a difference.

The front desk lady (3/6/22) was very helpful and professional, there had been a technical issue but she was able to provide us a room. The room was clean, great size, the bed was comfortable. The amenities tht were able was good for us since we were staying for one night, but even for 2-3 nights it works. Parking was good, parked in front of the room. It's in a great location near some restaurants, gas station. You can see the Bell Rock, amazing view! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. It was a great price for a last minute reservation.
