Currently you cannot directly take your car till Maroon bells. You need to take up shuttle from the resort.
They have temporarily halted entry to the park via car. Until the covid restrictions are lifted, the only way in is via their buses. They cost $20 per person and you need to board them at the Aspen Highlands resort. Then, it’s about an hour bus ride from there to the lake.
Yes but you need to take a bus ride up to the trail head or walk. Cannot drive your own car up
