Is the lot paid parking? If so how much is it hourly & do the do the machines accept coins, bills and card pymts so I have enough quarters. Thank you in advance!

Lot is paid parking about 150 per hour and accept all forms of payment

Handicap parking is free. With place cards or license plate. But i see people all the time at night parking and walking with out paying. And the cops don't do anything.

You can park on the street for free for 2hrs, I always find a spot, plus the paid parking isnt monitored that closely
