We saw several people in wheelchairs in the caverns. It is a bit steep and/or narrow in some areas.

I'm not positive that it's fully accessible... Some areas of the paths are not wide enough for wheelchairs, and the only way in is down a long staircase with stairs that are not flat and level. They seem to have a chair lift rail system on the exit side. I'd recommend calling them for exact details. There are several other on site attractions that are fully accessible though. Three small museums and a garden maze.

Yes, I think there is. We saw someone in a wheelchair when we were over there. However, it would be best to check with them.
