No grills installed if that's what you're asking. Couple signs says no, but a mini grill in your party shouldn't catch much attention.
You can not grill there. Will rogers beach is pretty nice, it seems to be more patrolled thank other beaches, so grilling on the low down is probably not advisable. Dockweiler beach NY LAX was famous for having fire pits on the sand that you can use to make fires. Not sure if that is still going on these days.
