My friend said a manager named Terry got her number from the database and started texting her unsolicited. Has this happened to anyone else? Not cool.

Nothing like spam. Just when closed due to an issue, I need those texts.

I have not seen anything like that, however the business sends closing and opening notices via text during say snow storms or power outages.
