TL;DR - This gym goes out of its way to be shady about cancelling. Sign up at your own risk. Went in on Saturday morning (gym was open) to cancel my membership and the shift manager Quinn told me that cancellations could only be processed 9-5 Mon-Fri, even though the gym was open. Quinn took down my cancellation paperwork and promised to give it to the manager on Monday to be processed - and that I would get a receipt when the paper work was cancelled. ** 7 days after filing cancellation paperwork ** - I didn't get any receipt, so I stopped in during my lunch on Friday to confirm. Quinn and the Sr manager (did not get his name) were both there, and both told me that the cancellation would be processed by end of day. They personally wrote down notes in front of me to "make sure it got done". ** 13 days after filing cancellation paperwork ** - They charged my credit card for another month and I still have no receipt of cancellation. This gym commits contract fraud - do not sign up here!

Nice gym for the right price. It isn't Olympic, but it is significantly cheaper. The gym has all variety of equipment and cardio machines. it can be a little busy at times if you want to do weights. No problem with parking.

The music is too loud. A lot of people wear ear buds and I have to wear ear plugs, so no need for the volume being so high. A few machines were broken. If you join on a weekend, there's no one to show you how to work the machines and I was told to ask other members for their help which is not great. If I want to use a chest press using cables, it's rare that I can do that as the machines are multi use, so two people are using it for different exercises and stay in for an extended time, the handles are missing as they've been changed out, or they are different ones on each side. There's no consistent and easy way to report a broken piece of equipment. You have to find a staff member and pass it on. When I reported broken equipment, no-one checked the equipment in my presence to confirmwhat is wrong, wrote anything down, or attached a check equipment note to it. When I checked machines at later dates, I didn't see any repairs. They do have cleaning fluid in spray bottles and paper to wipe down equipment which I like. I wish there were more tables around the place by the paper towel dispensers that they could have the spray bottles on.

Arguably the worst gym in Seattle. The cost of membership far outweighs the benefits. Poorly maintained equipment. When things break they’re down for ages. And good luck if you want to get a decent workout in between the hours of 5p-8p. The place is so packed you spend more time waiting for equipment or searching for matching dumbbells than exercising. The only reason I’ve given this place 2 stars is because the staff is great. Corporate needs to rethink this location. I’m at my tipping point here and on my way out.

Is it a surprise the visibility is about 20% with goggles. The water in the hot tub was green on my last visit. They never scrub the algea off the pool walls or shower stalls.
It seems like they clean on a regular basis. I have found it pretty good.

The pool has three lanes. Max capacity is nine swimmers, three to a lane, swimming in circles. If there are six swimmers or less, each has their own half-lane. You can walk in your half lane until a third person gets in and it goes to circle swimming. You could also go during the aqua fit class and pretty much do whatever you want.
$39.99 a month plus tax. Sometimes specials on $0 or $25 initiation. This gym gives you access to all locations since it is a Signature Club. Also includes towel service.
Staff is makes you feel like you've inconvenienced them when you ask for things. Fortunately, the Ballard location is closing for a remodel Nov 7-20. Keep your fingers crossed.
There was one when they first opened but it broke and was removed. I suggest you express your thoughts with the operations manager.
Small corrections to the info above, it's not a full sized court it's smaller. The is a dry sauna and hot tub. Prices depends on the deal you sign up under and insurance if applicable
Yes there is a a fee and you need to make sure you you know the rules and get everything documented.
Look at my local guide photos, they are all of the kids club.
Yes. Its free.
I have no issues with hot water there! I guess it’s fixed.
