It’s really small & they don’t offer classes. If you’re trying to workout between 5 - 7 p.m. don’t be surprised if there’s not a single treadmill & no space in the weight room. There’s also only two stair master machines and the small fitness room is always packed during these hours. I know every gym is busy at these times but it gets to the point where there’s honestly no space anywhere. For the cost, I wish I chose a different gym before signing up. If you like to workout at other hours, and don’t care about classes/ other amenities, it’s not a bad spot.

It's a gym, with gym things. large unisex bathrooms with showers, adequate free weights space. From my experience it's most busy 3-6pm, which makes sense because it seems like everything in seattle is busy at 3pm like does everyone work east coast hours? where are you finding time for this?

I've been a part of this gym location since 2018. The staff has consistently been very helpful. The equipment they have here are really what I need. It does help for me to be in a gym that is more smaller and personable than a larger one, especially when you can use it any part of the day!
