I came in to try the club out because I'm here for 6 months for work and because I'm not a resident I can't get a pass. Way to go. Update and response. I clearly stated to your employee that I was not just passing through that I'm here for a minimum of 6 month and wanted to try out the gym before could make the decision. It's ok I'll take my business to LA fitness with my clients that are looking for a gym. FYI LA FITNESS gave me a 3 day pass. Good luck with this policy.

Equipment seems well maintained, not tightly packed as well. Very clean facility. Great selection of machines. Not too many ppl during peak hours also.

I never expected to have to rate this gym with only 2 stars. The gym is clean with excellent equipment. My visit today put me off working out here. 90% of the people were not wearing masks! I even saw one of the employees without a mask. I want to stay healthy not get COVID. Help! Manager, is there anything you can do?

Yes it has 1 rowing machine but only 1. Lots of elliptical, treadmill, and even 2 stair climbers

I dealt with this, too, when I moved. You have to actually go in to sign the cancellation form; there's no way to cancel online or over the phone.
