Is there full equipment rental?

Yes there are full aquipment rental and there is a charge for the begginer clases

There is a beginner hill available. I've seen employees there training there, but I'm not sure if you have to pay for it. I went for my first time skiing and was able to use the beginner hill 4-5 times to learn before I moved up to the intermediate hill. If you have some athletic ability you'll learn fast.

I've never skied before, is there any beginner training available?

Yes, you can rent skis, poles, boots and helmets or snowboard, boots and helmet, etc. You can make reservations on line for a very fast pickup/checkout.
